
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE EPERON AUBLAIN
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, and that hygiene and safety conditions are guaranteed for everyone, we ask you to carefully read these regulations.
Rental Period This room is rented to you for a period specified at the time of your reservation. The rental period is fixed and agreed upon between the parties.
The rental payment is made upon arrival. If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains due, and the deposit remains due if cancellation is not made within 48 hours of the reservation date. Before arrival, except for reservations made through our partners, the host retrieves the bank details provided by the guest on the partner's website. All prices include VAT.
All reservations will require full payment of the amount due for the stay. Following your reservation and immediate payment of the total amount of the stay, the service provider will return a booking confirmation. Cancellation fees/early departure - cancellation insurance. Cancellation of a reservation incurs cancellation fees. The customer's early departure, for whatever reason, does not result in any refund - even partial - of the price of the stay. The customer can insure themselves against these risks by taking out cancellation insurance.
Under no circumstances may a traveler claim any right to remain on the premises outside of this period. Arrival and departure: Arrival times are scheduled for the afternoon from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Late or early arrivals are subject to prior agreement. Departure times are scheduled for the morning before 9:30 a.m.
Our guesthouse is not open to the public. It's a family that welcomes you into their home, perhaps with other travelers under the same roof. We invite you to enjoy all the living spaces at your disposal in a friendly atmosphere and with respect for everyone's privacy. To preserve the tranquility of the premises, the noise level, both inside and outside the property, must be kept to a minimum. Likewise, to avoid disturbing the neighbors, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. In the event of a conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude guests causing the disturbance.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets on the property. All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and clean. Furniture and movable objects must only be used for the purpose for which they are intended and in the places where they are located. It is absolutely forbidden to transport them outside the accommodation, nor to make any modification to the rented premises and the customer undertakes to immediately carry out at his own expense any repairs which may be made necessary by improper use of these installations.
Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rental price. To keep it that way, and to be as environmentally friendly as possible, remember to turn off the lights when you leave a room, not to let the water run unnecessarily, and not to leave doors and windows open for long periods if you use the heating. Also, in summer, be sure to close the windows when you go for a walk. All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. As our property is equipped with a septic tank, please do not flush anything down the toilet bowl, except for toilet paper. All other waste is located in a designated bin. Each door leading to the property is equipped with a key lock. Please ensure that you lock them securely when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage caused by failure to comply with this clause.
To protect your privacy, we avoid entering your room during your stay. Out of concern for the environment, we do not routinely change towels or sheets. If after a few days you would like to replace the towels, change the sheets, or have us come and empty the trash or clean the room, you can ask us. The rooms are not intended for laundry or meals. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. When using the internet connection, the tenant agrees to comply with the laws regarding downloading and browsing websites. In the event of a request from the competent authorities, we are required to transmit the contact details of the tenant who benefited from said connection.
Valuables (jewelry, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in parked vehicles, and guests decline all responsibility if these items go missing.
Breakfast is served inside the house, between 7:00 and 9:30.
General provisions: In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in public areas. The entire establishment, including the rooms, is therefore non-smoking.
Our guests undertake to return the room in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to declare, and financially assume responsibility for, any possible damage for which they may be responsible.
Children living on the property are the sole responsibility of their parents.
The kitchen is not open to guests. Theft and Accidents: The owner declines all responsibility for theft or personal injury occurring on the property.
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation. No refunds for repairs or servicing will be issued without our prior consent. In the event of unavailability of the establishment, force majeure, technical issues, or any other reason, the establishment reserves the right to cancel reservations.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those of the location of the establishment operator's registered office. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation, and wish you a pleasant stay.
Any reservation made by the customer assumes that he has read and expressly accepted the general conditions, even if he has not affixed a handwritten signature to said conditions. The client and the service provider agree that the client's confirmation of the reservation is final when he clicks on the button "I accept the conditions..." By doing so, he declares to have read and accepted the conditions of provision as well as the special conditions. He confirms his reservation and pays. This constitutes an electronic signature which has, between parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. This electronic signature therefore expresses the client's consent to the service provider's offer, on the one hand, and his acceptance of the general conditions, on the other hand.
The customer is required to provide correct, complete and up-to-date information, in particular, but not limited to, the composition of the group of participants in the stay (persons, minors, etc.) and the reason for the stay. The customer will assume all consequences, in general, and in particular financial, resulting from any inaccurate, incomplete and/or non-updated information that he/she has provided.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE VIA ORC - EPERON AUBLAIN
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions apply to all online bookings made with our [COMPANY NAME] establishment using the Regional Marketing Tool (ORC).
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions. No reservation is possible without the customer's agreement to them. The customer has the option to save and print these general terms and conditions.
2.Offers
All our advertisements, web pages, and offers are prepared in good faith and based on available data. Maps, photos, and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding. They may be subject to change before the booking is finalized. The customer authorizes us to correct any obvious material errors in the information we provide.
3. Price
The prices displayed at the time of booking represent the total price of the service sold, including taxes, fees, and other charges. Any additional charges will be clearly indicated before the service is booked.

4. Reservation
The customer chooses the services presented on the regional marketing tool. He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and booking terms of the services available on the booking tool and having requested and obtained the necessary and/or additional information to make his booking with full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, such that we cannot be held liable in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the booking process.
5. Booking process
Reservations made by the customer are made via the electronic reservation form accessible online on the reservation tool. The reservation is deemed to be made upon receipt of the reservation form. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete all the information necessary for the reservation. The customer attests to the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided. Once the final choice of services to be reserved has been made, the reservation procedure includes the following steps until validation:
the entry of the bank card in the event of a request for a guarantee or prepayment, the consultation and acceptance of the general conditions of sale relating to the service(s) and, finally, the validation of the reservation by the customer.
6. Acknowledgment of receipt of reservation
The booking tool acknowledges receipt of the customer's reservation and confirms it by sending an email without delay. The confirmation of the reservation by email summarizes the contract offer, the reserved services, the prices, the sales conditions relating to the selected rate, accepted by the customer, the date of the reservation made as well as the address of the establishment to which the customer can submit their complaints.
7. Right of withdrawal
It is recalled that, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution, the customer does not have the right to withdraw in the event of a reservation:
accommodation other than for residential purposes (e.g. holiday accommodation),
of a transport,
of a car rental,
catering and services related to leisure activities.
8. Respect for privacy
We collect your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (""GDPR"").
The personal data you provide us is necessary for processing your reservation and is essential for the management and provision of services (Article 6.1.b of the aforementioned Regulation). For these purposes, your data may be transferred to our partners, including Elloha.com, which manages the reservation tool, online payment providers, and providers established in third countries. In particular, when paying online, the customer's bank details must be transmitted by the payment provider to the establishment's bank for the execution of the reservation contract. We only use partners that guarantee a level of protection that complies with the principles set out in the GDPR.
With your consent, your data may also be used by us to send you our promotional or commercial offers, by email or post.
We keep your data for a period of 3 years after the last contact (email, reservation, etc.).
As the person whose data is collected, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data, as well as the right to object to the collection of your data. These rights can be exercised by sending us an email, stating your first and last name, address, and the subject of your correspondence.
Your complaints regarding the collection and processing of your personal data may be addressed to the competent supervisory authority.
